It is with a heavy heart and complete disbelief that I have to write this to you all…

On Wednesday, Axel told me that he felt fatigued and had shortness of breath so he was admitted to the hospital. He was told that he had pneumonia in both lungs. Tests were all negative for viruses. He sounded well, and said that they put him on antibiotics and steroids and felt like he was improving. However, since that day, I was not able to get into contact with him despite my attempts to hear back from him about his health.

Today, Kyle had contacted me that that Axel passed away last night. I do not have contact with Axel’s family, but Kyle told me that he will let me know what he hears back from them regarding what happens from now on. I will post any updates from Kyle as I hear from him.

Thank and praise God for blessing us with all of the laughter and joy that Axel brought to us. He had Christ in his heart until the very end. His last message to me said “I know GOD is here & will see me through this.”.

I spoke to Pastor Shadilay for council and he told me that he plans hold a memorial for Axel during his Quantum Church tomorrow. Choppers, if you can, please remember him and be happy for his time that he shared with us.
